These Terms and Conditions of use apply to all our services made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone. By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement). Trevida Travel reserves the right to integrate or modify at its own discretion any of the dispositions contained in the Terms and Conditions of use, including any disposition and/or directive that the website refers to.
Prices.
All prices are quoted in local currency “Euro” and include value-added tax ( I.V.A.). The eventual currency converter is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate and real-time; actual rates may vary. Prices are inclusive of all specified in “This tour includes” and are not inclusive of all not specified in "This tour includes".
Reservations.
Acceptance reservations are subject to availability at the moment of request and they are considered confirmed only when Trevida Travel provides by e-mail the booking document with all service details. If Trevida Travel is unable to provide the service, a cancellation of the booking request will be sent by email. Whether two or more people are involved in the same booking, the person purchasing the booking shall be deemed to do so on the basis that he/she acts and accepts the booking conditions on behalf of each member of the party.
Payment terms.
Trevida Travel accepts the following credit cards for payments: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. Forms of payment accepted are payment by credit card or wired transfer. No additional fees are charged for accepting a new request or processing payments. The payment schedule is the following *:
Customers must notify the cancellation of the reservation by e-mail, the date of cancellation is calculated based on Central European Time (CET).
Changes terms.
In case of any change request, please contact Trevida Travel as soon as possible by e-mail at info@trevidatravel.com or calling the phone number +39 351 669 6334. Unless otherwise agreed, Trevida Travel for any change required by Customers will apply the same conditions and penalties specified in the Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy.

Note: If you have to cancel for reasons covered by your insurance policy, you should be able to recover your cancellation charges from your insurance provider.
Refunds and Claims.
Trevida Travel reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour that you have booked, at any time and for any reason: in such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price. Refunds are not granted for any missed service by the client (No-show); in case of any problem please contact Trevida Travel immediately, by e-mail at info@trevidatravel.com, or by calling the office number +39 351 669 6334. There is no refund agreed on entrance tickets to museums and/or monuments that on a few occasions might be closed due to unexpected ceremonies, strikes, and any kind of event that is out of our control. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with Trevida Travel, any claims must be received in writing within 20 days of the termination of the service. Any adjustment will be based only on the actual cost of the services involved. The contract is governed by Italian law, in case of a dispute that we cannot settle amicably the exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the Italian court.
Disclaimers and Limitations of liability.
Trevida Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and carefully selected service providers. All such persons and entities are independent contractors independently owned and managed. The Client by engaging Trevida Travel and making full payment for the specified service agrees that Trevida Travel cannot be considered responsible for any sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. This is not limited to, but may include, a) the closure of venues that Trevida Travel tours visits, where and when the closure of that venue is out of the control of Trevida Travel, or where Trevida Travel is not notified by the venue with ample time to notify the clients, which may be due to inclement weather, manifestations, and protests or simply the last-minute decision of the venue. b) the inability of our tour to access certain monuments/areas and/or venues due to restrictions caused by excessive traffic, inclement weather, manifestations, and protests or due to that area being restored/under construction or covered/obstructed from public view.
Travel Insurance.
Please be aware when booking a holiday with us that you must make sure you have relevant travel insurance in place. Please take the necessary steps to insure yourself against any possible risk that may occur for you, such as issues with dependent relatives, medical conditions, and force majeure events. If you or any member of your party have any disabilities, it is extremely important that we make the necessary arrangements to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday. We must therefore insist that you contact our office on +39 351 669 6334 before completing any reservation to ensure compatibility for the holiday that you chose.
